During my stay in a well-appointed apartment, I enjoyed a spacious living room and a large balcony that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. The kitchen was equipped with essential utensils, perfect for those dining in, while the comfort of the beds ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is advantageous for outdoor enthusiasts, with easy access to both the Eggishorn chair lift and a variety of hiking trails in the Aletsch Glacier area. The convenience of on-site ski storage adds to the hotel's appeal, particularly for winter sports fans. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, with an Italian-focused restaurant serving flavorful dishes. While dinner prices felt steep, the breakfast spread provided a sufficient start to a day of adventure, offering various options to fuel up before hitting the slopes. The sauna added a nice touch for relaxation after a day outdoors. Fiescherhof balances luxury and value, making it worth considering for those who appreciate beautiful views and outdoor activities.
